As an international student, there is a document you will need once you complete your studies, which is the Letter of Completion of Studies. This document is often required for post study visa, job applications, or other official purposes.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how you can easily apply for it through the university portal.

Step 1: Log In to the University Portal
To start the process, you need to log into your university portal (portal.chester.ac.uk). Once logged in, scroll down until you find the section labelled Support Departments and click Registry Services.
Step 2: Under Registry Services, Click on "Information for Students"
Under Registry Services, click Information for Students.
Step 3: Select "Council Tax and Student Letters"
On the Information for Students page, locate and click on the Council Tax and Student Letters section. This area provides access to various letters and documents students might need, including your completion letter.
Step 4: Find "International Students Course Completion Letters"
Scroll down through the options until you find International Students Course Completion Letters. Here, you will see a link to the form that you need to fill out. If you'd rather fill out the form on your phone or another device, there is also a QR code available for easy access.
Step 5: Fill Out the Form
The form will ask you for some basic details:
Once you have filled in all the required fields, hit Submit.
What Happens Next?
After submitting the form, the university will process your request. You should receive your Letter of Completion of Studies within 3 working days.
