Hi Everyone,

My name is Will, you may know me from around campus, and I am running for VP STUDENT LIFE!

I have spent 3 years as team captain of rugby and have spent countless hours in and around campus supporting my fellow students. In this time, I have seen and experienced the difficulties sports, societies, and many students may still be facing. Working with a student letting company, I have been at the forefront of current student issues and have heard firsthand the struggles many students face day to day.

This is why I want to make change for the better!

I will look to:

-              Create more funding opportunities for all sports and societies, as well as work alongside local clubs and sporting teams to create partnerships to help with resources and playing opportunities

-              Improve social spaces on campus – better bar, more spaces to chill and quieter places to get away from it all

-              I will continue the current SU campaigns around anti-spiking, sexual health and guidance and well-being support

-              Timetables that work for you!

-              Improve parking on campus! Nobody should be late because they can’t find a parking space!!

-              MORE EVENTS ON CAMPUS!!!

I want to create a community feeling on campus, where everyone feels heard and welcome. I’m committed to listening to all the needs of every student and will ensure all student's concerns are being listened to.
