Introduction

I am MD TANVIR SARDARR, and I am running for Student Union President to ensure that every student, whether international or domestic, has a supportive, inclusive, and enriching university experience. I understand the challenges students face, from academic struggles and financial pressures to housing concerns and mental well-being. My goal is to create an environment where no student feels isolated, unheard, or unsupported.

Together, we will make the Student Council the strongest voice on campus!

My Vision

I envision a thriving university community where students feel supported academically, socially, and professionally. Through transparency, engagement, and action, we can enhance student life and create a better university experience for all.

Key Priorities

✔ Academic Support & Language Assistance – Expanding peer mentoring programs, academic workshops, and language support to help students succeed.

✔ Financial Support & Work Opportunities – Creating more on-campus jobs and providing access to emergency funding for students in need.

✔ Affordable Housing Solutions – Providing verified housing guides, student rent discounts, and a Roommate Match Program to ensure safe and affordable accommodation.

✔ Mental Health & Well-being – Expanding counseling services, stress-free zones, and well-being programs to support students.

✔ Student Representation & Inclusivity – Strengthening the Student Advisory Board, promoting cultural festivals, and implementing inclusivity training to create a more welcoming campus.

✔ Career Development & Networking – Introducing internship programs, mentorship opportunities, and employer connections to help students transition into their careers.

✔ Food & Transport Accessibility – Ensuring HALAL and budget-friendly meal options, and introducing a university bus service from Chester Station to campus for better transport accessibility.
